Can I return an item I purchased on sale?
Sale items may be returned for a store credit or a size exchange ONLY and must meet the return policy criteria.

My item does not fit, can I exchange it?
Yes, you may exchange the item, provided it was not an accessory item.

I received the wrong item / my item is defective. How do we rectify this?
We do apologise for the inconvenience caused.

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
Once the refund has been processed, it takes 7-10 days for the money to reflect in your account.

Free Local Shipping on All Orders over R750

**Free shipping applies to standard shipping fees up to R100. If shipping costs exceed R100, the difference will be charged.

How long for my order to be processed?

Orders will be processed within 3 working days of receipt of the order. Kindly note we operate 5 days a week during working hours. When ordering for a special occasion/event please allow ample time for processing & delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Orders within South Africa are delivered within 2-4 working days (excluding the day the parcel was shipped). Areas considered to be outlying make take up to 7 working days. International orders may take up to 14 working days to be delivered.

**Orders going to outlying areas may cost up to R500 in shipping fees.

Shop Brett Robson reserves the right to cancel your order & refund the purchase amount to you in this case.

Customer Delivery Details

Please always supply a delivery address where there will be someone available to sign & accept the parcel from our courier.

Failed Delivery

If the courier makes multiple attempts to deliver your parcel, & has failed to do so; the parcel will be returned to us. In the event that the parcel is returned for non-delivery, you will be refunded the item cost. Under no circumstances will the courier cost (for the failed delivery attempt) be refunded. SBR will not be held responsible for failed delivery charges.

Tracking

Once your courier waybill has been created, you will receive an email notification. Parcels are collected Monday - Friday.

During peak periods, our team processes order on weekends, however the parcel will only be collected by the courier on the next working day.

Other:

Should your parcel be sent via an alternate courier service, your tracking info will be emailed to you. In this case, you will not be able to track the parcel via Fastway Couriers.

International:

International orders may take up to 14 working days to be delivered. Courier services vary from country to country. You will be updated with the relevant tracking info via email.

Customs & Import Taxes

Parcels delivered within South Africa are not applicable as we are based in South Africa. Customs & import taxes are applicable for all international orders outside of South Africa.

By law, all items must be declared at their full price, & we cannot alter the amount to decrease the customs fees.

Depending on the value of your order, & the laws within your country with regard to import duties, you may be charged customs taxes.

The fee payable is at your cost, not Shop Brett Robson.
