Customer Delivery Details

Please always supply a delivery address where there will be someone available to sign & accept the parcel from our courier.

Failed Delivery

If the courier makes multiple attempts to deliver your parcel, & has failed to do so; the parcel will be returned to us. In the event that the parcel is returned for non-delivery, you will be refunded the item cost. Under no circumstances will the courier cost (for the failed delivery attempt) be refunded.
