Shipping & Delivery
A delivery charge of R50 will be added to all orders placed with a South African address. Any orders over the value of R600 will be entitled to FREE DELIVERY.
Orders within South Africa will be delivered within 2-4 days (excluding the day it was shipped), depending on the area (outlying areas make take up to 7 days).
PLEASE ALWAYS SUPPLY AN ADDRESS WHERE THERE WILL BE SOMEONE AVAILABLE TO SIGN FOR THE PARCEL DURING WORKING HOURS.
**In the event that your parcel is returned to SBR due to non-delivery; SBR will refund the item cost. However, the courier fees will not be refunded. It is the responsibly on the client to ensure they supply the correct address, SBR will not be held responsible for failed delivery.
**Orders going to outlying areas may cost up to R500 in shipping fees. Shop Brett Robson reserves the right to cancel your order & refund the purchase amount to you in this case.
**In the unlikely event that your parcel is 'lost', Shop Brett Robson will not be held liable should we not be notified within 30 days of your order being shipped. No refund/credit will be issued after this period.
Orders can be tracked online via www.fastway.co.za
Once your order has been picked up by the courier, you will receive an email notification. Click "View Your Order" to view the tracking number. When you click the tracking number, it will take you to the Fastway website where you will be able to view the status of your shipment.
Please note, it takes up to 6 hours for the tracking link to become active.
