Can I return my order for exchange/refund?

Yes, items purchased at regular price (excluding accessories, intimate items, belts etc) are eligible for return. SALE ITEMS are not eligible for return.

In all cases, the returned item must be in its original condition (unworn/unused/sellable), with all tags still attached & no make-up stains, or odours.

Who pays for the courier fees?

All courier costs incurred for exchanges/refunds is at the cost of the customer.

How do I make a return for refund?

Please fill in the returns form included in your purchase.

You may also fill in returns form online, however in this case please be sure to still include your order number & full name in the parcel. We will not be held liable for any parcels that are returned with no info included.

SBR accepts returns via courier only.

We will not collect parcels from the Post Office, Postnet, or other collection services.

How long before I receive my refund?

Once the item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it is in its original condition.

If the return is accepted, your refund will be processed.

If you have paid via Payfast, the refund will be processed automatically.

If you have paid via Bank Deposit/EFT, we will contact you for your banking details. 

How do I make a size/item exchange?

Please fill in the returns form online, or contact us via support@shopbrettrobson.com 

This is so that we may advise on stock availability.

Kindly note that the client is liable to pay for the postage for the new item to be sent to them.

You may arrange collection with a courier to collect from the same address above.

Alternately we can get a quotation from a courier on your behalf. 

Please let us know if we may assist with getting a quotation from a courier for you. 

I would like a refund, is the shipping fee refundable?

No.

How long do I have to return an item for exchange/refund?

You may return an item for exchange/refund within 30 days of receipt.

 In all cases, the returned item must be in its original condition (unworn/unused/sellable), with all tags still attached & no make-up stains, or odours.

OTHER

  • Exchanges will only be facilitated once per order
  • Returns/Exchanges will not be facilitated after 30 days of the customer receiving an item
  • ALL SALE purchases are FINAL. No returns, exchanges or refunds.
  • No returns, refunds or exchanges on accessories or intimates.

It is the responsibility of the customer to educate themselves on our returns policy prior to purchasing. SBR will not be liable for a customer being unaware of our returns policy.
