Customer Delivery Details

Please always supply a delivery address where there will be someone available to sign & accept the parcel from our courier.

Failed Delivery

If the courier makes multiple attempts to deliver your parcel, & has failed to do so; the parcel will be returned to us. In the event that the parcel is returned for non-delivery, you will be refunded the item cost. Under no circumstances will the courier cost (for the failed delivery attempt) be refunded. By law, all items must be declared at their full price, & we cannot alter the amount to decrease the customs fees.

Depending on the value of your order, & the laws within your country with regard to import duties, you may be charged customs taxes.

The fee payable is at your cost, not Shop Brett Robson.
